Professional Fees
This option is most suitable for clients who would like to be fully represented on their applications. These are often more complex and fees will vary.
Our policy is to charge a flat rate fee for most immigration cases we decide to take on. Our service does not end with the submission of the application – we will guide you through the whole immigration process and communicate with IRCC till the finalization of your matter. The cost of full representation varies from application to application. Please contact us to get an estimate of your actual cost. The fees we charge are for our expertise and services, not the outcome. The fees we quote do not include provincial and federal government processing fees, courier charges, translations or notarization of documents; medical examinations; police clearance checks etc. All fees will be detailed in the Retainer Agreement signed between the Firm and the Client.
Please note: If you choose this option, we will submit the application on your behalf and act as your representative.
This option is most suitable for clients who want to complete all their paperwork by themselves and make sure that their application package is complete and free of any errors that could cause the application to fail. We will go through your application, review all your supporting documents to make sure that your application is ready to be submitted and provide feedback on whether additional documents should be included.

This option is the most cost effective option for clients who need to have their specific questions answered. You can email us a list of questions that you would like us to answer at info@voxpopulilaw.com. The email consultation fee depends on the complexity of your questions and the time required to answer the same. The approx. email consultation fees for our principal lawyer are:

30-minute paid email consultation – $100 CAD (typically 2 – 3 complex questions)

60-minute paid email consultation – $180 CAD (typically 4 – 6 complex questions)
Once we receive your list of questions, we will send you an invoice reflecting the actual cost of your email consultation. You can expect to have your questions answered within 2 business days after the invoice is paid in full. The email consultation fee is fully adjustable towards your retainer fee, if you decide to hire us.
Phone/Video Consultation:
This option is another cost-effective choice for clients who need to have their specific questions answered.

In-Person Consultation:
This option is most suitable for clients who need to have their specific questions answered and prefer face-to-face interaction. The in-person consultation will usually take place at one of our office locations. The in-person consultation fee is $250 CAD/Hr.
